The difference was immediate. My hair actually looks healthier — and I use it wet and dry.
Why it works
Why 500+ women made the switch.
Same hair. Better brush. Here’s what actually changes.
Smoother from the first stroke
Detangles without the tug. No static, no snapping, no hair left behind in the pad.
Shine you don’t have to buy
Boar bristle carries your hair’s own oils from root to tip — that’s the gloss, no serum required.
Wet hair? Go ahead
The cushioned pad flexes as you brush, gliding through wet hair where rigid brushes snap it.
Safe over extensions
Glides over wefts and bonds without catching — designed by the hairdressers who install them.
Which one is right for you?
Three ways to get the brush.

The Duo
Original for home, Mini for your bag — the pair for $10 less than buying them separately.

The bristles
Detangled, smoothed and shined — in one stroke.
The dense boar-bristle blend works through knots and polishes as it goes, carrying your hair’s natural oils down the strand. One pass does the lot — and nothing in the pad catches at a weft or bond.

The finish
Smoother by the stroke.
No static, no snapping, no bristles raking at the roots. Hair comes out of it the way it goes into a salon photo.
The difference
Not all brushes are created equal.
| MANE BABY. | Generic brush | |
|---|---|---|
| Bristles | Dense boar-bristle blend | Hard plastic pins |
| On extensions | Glides over wefts & bonds | Hooks at the track |
| Base | Cushioned, flexes with pressure | Rigid — snaps wet hair |
| Finish | Smooths & adds shine | Static & frizz |
The gift that gets used
Comes boxed. Arrives giftable.
Matte black cartons, clear window, no wrapping required. The Duo is the one people buy twice — one to keep, one to give.
What she said.
★★★★★The difference was immediate. My hair actually looks healthier — and I use it wet and dry.
★★★★★Bought the duo and gifted the mini to my sister. She called me two days later to say thank you.
★★★★★Nothing comes close. My hair is smoother, shinier, and so much easier to manage. Worth every cent.
Before you buy
Questions we actually get.
Is it actually safe on my extensions?
Yes — that’s what it was built for. Nothing in the pad is sharp enough to catch a weft track or a bond, and the boar bristle smooths rather than rakes. Brush from the ends up, holding the hair above the attachment point.
What’s the difference between the Original and the Mini?
Size only. Identical bristle blend and cushioned pad. The Original has a full-length handle for a proper brush-out at home; the Mini fits a handbag.
Can I use it on wet hair?
Yes. The pad flexes so it works through wet hair without snapping it. Start at the ends and work up.
How do I clean it?
Lift the shed hair out with the end of a rat-tail comb, then wipe the pad with a damp cloth. Don’t soak it.
Can I return it?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days, unopened and in the original box — email hello@manebaby.com.au first. If it arrives faulty or damaged, that’s on us and we’ll replace it, which is your right under Australian Consumer Law regardless of the 7 days.
